刑事案件侦办过程中存在问题及对策

The main problems in the process of investigation are： the site survey work is rough, lacks reconstruction consciousness; interrogation work has not prepared adequately; the regular evidence is single in the process of interrogation; investigators have not unified thought together, etc. The reasons are： the law enforcement idea is behind the law enforcement environmental requirements ; part of the police＇s sense of responsibility need to be strengthened; the police＇s professional quality is still unable to adapt to their work requirements. The measures are： strengthen the legal consciousness; improve the work mechanism of homicide case investigation; establish and perfect the quality evaluation system of homicide case; enhance professional training; increase the input cost of equipment resources.%案件侦办过程中存在的主要问题有：命案现场勘查工作比较粗糙，缺乏现场重建意识；讯问工作准备不充分；审讯过程中固定证据形成单一；侦查人员没有统一思想开展工作等。原因在于执法观念落后于执法环境的要求，部分民警的工作责任心有待进一步加强，民警业务素质尚不能完全适应工作要求。措施：强化法律意识，完善命案侦查办案工作机制，建立健全命案质量评判体系，加强专业训练和加大警用费用设备资源的投入。
