Intelligence analysis capability refer to investigators' subjective conditions characteristics reflected in processing original collected information for value-added intellige and psychological nce that meets in- vestigative need. It is a comprehensive ability which includes the ability to observe and analyze, the ability of logical reasoning and creation.
