PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic information distribution system, an electronic information distribution method, and a recording medium capable of reducing the expansion of a storage area in which electronic information to be distributed is stored, and simplifying the confirming operation of the distributed electronic information.;SOLUTION: A distribution information personalizing device 410 decides an identifier corresponding to each distribution information stored in a distribution information storage area 350; and stores them as common distribution information in a common distribution information storage area 430 by making them correspond to each other; and generates personal distribution information for notifying a distribution destination address set with attribute information matched with an attribute condition, corresponding to the distribution information stored as the common distribution information of the identifier set as the common distribution information. A distribution server 500 transmits the personal distribution information based on the distribution destination address.
