The research of the history of Chinese borderland has gained momentum in recent years.If further promising research is expected,it should expand its research scope and depth.This paper selects three research topics,that is,the formation of the historical territory and borderland of China, the ancient civilization of China and its construction,the formation of the East Asian countries and their relations,as the key research objectives of the future,and discusses the basic understandings of the previous scholars as well as the relevant research significance.%近年来中国边疆史的研究方兴未艾,展现出光明的发展前景.相关研究应关照现实需求,在探讨的广度与深度方面继续努力.本文选择中国的历史疆域与边疆的形成、中国古代文明及其构建、东亚古代国家形成与古代国家关系等3个选题,总结学人对这些选题的基本认识,分析选题具有的价值,并提出拓展深化研究领域的建议.
