欠发达地区与发达地区经济联动发展的理论问题探析

摘要

The interlinked development is the high-class form of regional cooperation,as a kind of interregional cooperation arrangements between regional integration and regional economic cooperation. The regions'interlinked development usually happens under the precondition of geographical proximity and is guaranteed by institutional arrangement; the mode of interlinked development is diversified and takes the cooperation projects as the major forms. There are three practices of interlinked development in China, i.e. crossing-border industrial park mode, mountain and sea's coordination mode, special cooperation area mode.%地区联动发展是区域间合作的高级形式之一，是介于区域一体化与区域经济合作之间的一种地区间合作安排。地区间联动发展通常以地缘邻近性为前提，合作制度化为保证，具有联动模式存在多样性、合作载体呈现项目化等基本特征。现阶段国内发达地区与欠发达地区之间联动发展主要有三种实践模式——跨行政区共建产业园模式、山海协作模式、特别合作区模式。
