摘要

"Baisheng-Excellent Paper Award of Journal of Tsinghua"set by Journal of Tsinghua University, is a reconstruction of academic dignity and a renovation of academic ecology, having the definite directing function: the first, beyond ordinary, encouraging innovation; the second, changing the wrong behavior of "judge a paper by the journal", returning to judge by the paper's quality;the third, leading scholars to devote their selves to writing and creating some excellent papers.%《清华大学学报》设立“百盛—清华学报优秀论文奖”，是一次学术尊严的重构，一次学术生态的修复，具有明确的导向功能：一是超越平庸，鼓励创新；二是意在改变“以刊评文”的不正确做法，回归以文章质量论高下；三是引领学者坐得住冷板凳，潜心写出精品力作。
