埋地输油管道周围土壤温度场分布数值模拟研究

         

摘要

掌握输油管道周围温度场的分布情况对管道的建设和安全运行有着重要的作用,通过建立埋地输油管道周围土壤温度场的数学模型,并采用有限差分法编制的软件对输油管道周围土壤温度场进行了数值模拟计算。模拟结果显示:随着输油时间的增长,原油热量在土壤中的传热时间增长,土壤温度受埋地输油管道热量的影响半径明显增大,由于输油管道对土壤加热作用的影响逐渐扩大,土壤初始温度线逐渐向下边界移动。模拟结果可以满足精度要求,为后续预测土壤传热规律提供了一定的理论基础。%It is very important to know the soil temperature field distribution around the pipeline for the constructing pipeline and ensuring operation safety, through establishing mathematical model of soil temperature field around buried pipeline and using the finite difference method compiled software to simulate soil temperature field around pipeline. The simulation results show that with the increase of time, the heat transfer time of oil heat in the soil also increases, the radius of influence increased significantly by the heat of the buried pipeline, due to the effect of pipeline heat gradually expanded, initial soil temperature gradually downward moving boundary. Simulation results can meet the accuracy requirement, for the subsequent prediction soil heat transfer law provides a certain theoretical basis.
