创新型人才培养与应用型本科院校教育改革

摘要

创新创业教育是创新时代的主旋律，也是对传统应试教育的挑战。面对传统教学内容、模式和应用评价体系的不适应，应用型本科院应该主动变革，转变教育理念，深化改革教育模式，重视大学生创新意识和创业实践能力的培养，加快建立创新型人才培养体系，以实现为培养与经济社会发展相适应的具有创新品质与能力的人才的目标。%Innovative education is the main melody of the times,and innovation is also a challenge to the traditional exam-oriented education. Facing the traditional model of teaching content,the application of evaluation system does not adapt to that. Applied undergraduate college should take the initiative to change,that is,education idea change,deepening the reform of education mode,attention to the cultivation of college students’innovation con-sciousness and practice ability,establishing the innovative talent training system,to achieve the goal of economic and social development.
