20年来中国近代粮食问题研究得到学界关注,已经取得较为丰硕的成果。学者们主要关注粮食的生产、消费、运销、调控、技术推广等方面。但在微观与宏观、定性与定量、专门与综合及历史与现实等方面存在不足,需要进一步深化研究。%Food problem in China in the past 20 years has received great attention in the academic circles and yielded fruitful achievements. Scholars mainly concerned about the production, consumption, distribution, regulation, technology promotion etc. But insufficient researches are yet to be done in issues like microcosmic and macroscopic, qualitative and quantitative, specific and comprehensive and historical and realistic, etc.
