目的:了解大学生对心肺复苏知识和技能的掌握情况,为高校开展相关教育工作提供思路和方法.方法:选取玉林师范学院500名在校大学生进行心肺复苏知识调查和技能培训,并对培训前后进行对比分析.结果:仅有31.8%的大学生了解心肺复苏术的相关知识,91.3%的大学生遇到紧急情况愿意去施救,但是94.6%的学生担心自己经验不足,学生最愿意通过培训和课堂获得相关知识,培训后心肺复苏知识回答正确率和操作得分都明显高于培训前,p<0.05.结论:高校应重视对大学生进行心肺复苏急救技能的培训.%objective: To study the cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) knowledge of college students and to provide ideas of colleges to carry out the relevant education work. Methods: Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) knowledge investigation and skills training for 500 college students, were compared before and after training. Results: Only 31.8% of college students' understanding of CPR knowledge, 91.3% of college students are willing to meet the emergency rescue, but 94.6% of the students worry about technology. Students are most willing to acquire knowledge through training and classroom. After the training, knowledge of cardiopulmonary resuscitation rate of correct and operating scored significantly higher than the pre-service training,p<0.05. Conclusion: Universities should attach great importance to college students’ CPR skills training.
