基于学情调查的职业院校课堂教学现状探究--以漯河食品职业学院酒店管理专业为例

As a main channel of talent cultivation, classroom teaching is a significant important link, and has great influence on quality of talents. This report adopts sampling survey method. The Questionnaire is designed based on two aspects of"teaching" and "learning", and used to survey the present situation of hotel management major students' classroom teaching in Luohe Food Vocational College. This report analyses current teaching situation of vocational colleges, points out some problems in three aspects which are teachers' teaching abilities, students' learning attitude, status of curriculum, curriculum integration, learning atmosphere in colleges, and puts forward some countermeasures to improve the present situation of classroom teaching.%课堂教学作为人才培养的主渠道，是影响人才质量的重要环节。该文采用抽样调查法，从教师的“教”和学生的“学”两个角度设计问卷，对漯河食品职业学院酒店管理专业学生的课堂教学现状进行调查，分析了职业院校课堂教学现状，指出了教师的施教能力、学生的学习态度、课程的设置状况、教材的重组水平、学校的学习风气等五个方面存在的问题，并提出了改善课堂教学现状的相关对策。
