Mini-CEX在临床病理科住院医师规范化培训中的改良与应用

摘要

Mini- CEX是美国内科医学会研发的一种测评住院医师临床能力的评价表，具备省时、方便、信效度高等特点。传统的Mini- CEX主要从病史采集、体检、医德医风、医患交流、临床诊断、治疗方案、整体评价等7个项目来考核内科住院医师的临床能力。基于临床病理科的特殊性和专业性，对Mini- CEX评估地点、评估项目和实施操作等进行改良与应用，将有利于完善病理科住院医师规范化培训和管理机制，提升其职业技能。%Mini-CEX is to evaluate clinical ability of resident physician, developed by American Board of Internal Medicine, its characteristic is to save time, convenient, high reliability and validity. Traditional Mini-CEX is used to assess clinical skill including medical record collection, physical examination, medical ethics style, doctor-patient communication, clinical diagnosis, therapeutic scheme and overall evaluation. With particularity and profession of clinical pathology department, the location and item of evaluation and operation of Mini-CEX improved and applied, will improve the mechanism of resident physician normalized training of clinical pathology department and enhance its professional skill.
