中亚独立二十年来，俄罗斯在中亚地区监护人角色不断弱化，中亚五国逐步提升了各自主体民族的文化力量，其中包括塔吉克斯坦。独立以来，该国不断出台“去俄罗斯化”政策，旨在激发本国主体民族自信心和凝聚力。然而，由于政治、经济、军事、文化上等方面对俄罗斯存在依赖，“去俄罗斯化”仍步履维艰。%In these 20 years from the independence of Central Asia, Russia is losing its role which is the protector of Central Asia, and on the other hand, the five countries including Tadzhikistan are strengthening their cultural power as the local nation. The Tadzhikistan government is adapting a series of de - Russianization policies after its independence, for arousing the local national self- confidence and cohesion. Nevertheless, because of the depen- ding of Russia in political, economical, military and cultural, the de - Russianization in Tadzhikistan is still walk with difficulty.
