为了降低生产成本,采用Visual C++设计平台,嵌入OpenGL,开发了SMT生产线的波峰焊虚拟制造系统。分析了系统软件的功能模块划分和工作流程,针对波峰焊各个环节,设计了CAM程序,并探讨了波峰焊3D模型的建立及3D动画的仿真方法。%In order to control the cost of SMT production system, this article develops the wave-soldering virtual manufacturing system of SMT production line by adopting Visual C++ design platform and embedding OpenGL. It analyzes the functional module division and workflow of system software, and it designs CAM program aiming at each part of wave-soldering, as well as discusses the buildup of 3D model and 3D animation simulation.
