偶数齿烧结机星轮的齿形优化与特性分析

         

摘要

In order to improve the stability of sintering machine, a new compound tooth profile of sprpcket wheel is studied, the original tooth profile is optimized, and a unified equation of the tooth profile is derived according to the movement characteristics and the working conditions of pallet cars. The optimized tooth profile is discussed by means of analyzing the velocity, acceleration and displacement characteristics of compound tooth profile curve based on the actual size of the sprocket wheel. The study results indicate that the optimized tooth profile of the compound tooth is reasonable, the meshing conditions between sprocket wheel and pallet car is improved. The brushfire contact impact can be avoided using new tooth shape, and make system run smoothly. The results provide a theoretical basis for applications of new sintering machines with even-number tooth.%以改善烧结机运行稳定性为目的,结合台车的运动特性和工况要求,通过选取合适的运动参数,优化了偶数齿烧结机星轮的复合齿齿形,得到了齿廓曲线统一方程.根据星轮实际尺寸,分析了复合齿廓曲线的速度、加速度、位移曲线特性,讨论了新齿形的几何特性,结果表明优化后的齿廓曲线设计合理,改善了星轮与台车的啮合条件,避免了局部接触冲击,使系统运行平稳,为新型偶数齿烧结机的工业应用提供了理论基础.
