企业核心竞争力之我见

摘要

The enterprise core competitive ability not only plays a major role for the development of enterprise itself,but also is an important force to promote the healthy development of the social economy.On the basis of research achievements based on conclusion of nearly 10 years to the core competitiveness of enterprises,this paper put forward personal opinions the enterprise core competitive ability is the comprehensive product of the enterprise innovation ability and the enterprise culture.And it proposed measures to manage and maintain the core competitiveness of enterprises.%企业核心竞争力不仅为企业自身的发展发挥了重大作用,而且是推动社会经济健康发展的重要力量。在总结近十年对企业核心竞争力的研究成果的基础上,提出了企业核心竞争力是企业创新能力和企业文化的综合产物的新见解,并提出了强化管理与维护企业核心竞争力的重要措施。
