转移因子与伊可尔联合治疗扁平疣疗效观察

摘要

目的 观察转移因子与伊可尔联合治疗扁平疣的临床疗效.方法 将66例扁平疣患者随机分成2组,2组患者均给予转移因子皮下注射.治疗组(n=34)局部用伊可尔稀释液湿敷;对照组(n=32)用0.025%维A酸乳膏外涂.2组疗程均为8周.结果 治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(94.11% vs.59.38%,P<0.05).结论 转移因子联合伊可尔治疗扁平疣疗效满意,疗程短,毒副作用少,安全可靠,患者的依从性好.%Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of verruca plana treated by transfer factor combined with Yikeer dermal disinfectant - - a compound preparation of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods A total of 66 patients with verruca plana were randomly divided into 2 groups.All patients in the 2 groups were treated with transfer factor hypodermic injection.The treatment group ( n = 34 ) were treated with compression of Yikeer dermal disinfectant and the control group were treated with topical 0.025％ retinoic acid ointment.The course of treatment for both groups was 8 weeks.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was significanfiy higher than that in the control group (94.11％ vs.59.38％, P＜0.05).Conclusion The combined use of transfer factor and Yikeer dermal disinfectant can produce better therapeutic effects for the treatment of verruca plana.
