Objective To investigate the effects of different acupuncture regimes on Barthel index in cerebral infarc-tion patients with dystonia in order to determine an optimal combined therapy.Methods A total of 90 cerebral infarction patients with dystonia were enrolled in the current study.Based on standard therapy, an L9 (34) orthogonal design was adopted which contained factors with three levels of duration of acupuncture (1 -10 days, 11 -20 days, and 21 -30 days), acupuncture sites (scalp +Yin Meridian, scalp +Yang Meridian, and scalp +Yin and Yang Meridians in turn), use of electroacupuncture (no use, intermittent wave, and sparse -dense wave) and course of treatment (two, four, and six weeks).Then the effects of these factors on Barthel index were investigated.Results Statistically differ-ences were determined among these factors before and after treatment (P <0.05), as well as at each level of an individu-al factor (P <0.05).Conclusion The Barthel index of cerebral infarction patients can be improved when the patients were treated one to ten days after onset using electroacupuncture at sparse -dense waves at the site of scalp +Yin and Yang Meridians in turn for six weeks.%目的：观察不同针刺治疗方案对脑梗死肌张力异常患者 Barthel 指数的影响，初步确定相对较好搭配方案。方法以脑梗死肌张力异常患者90例为观察对象，以 Barthel 指数为观察指标，在内科、康复等标准规范治疗基础上，采用正交试验设计法，研究针刺时机（1～10天、11～20天、21～30天），选穴配伍（头穴＋阴经穴、头穴＋阳经穴、头穴＋阴经与阳经穴交替），电针使用（不加电针、电针断续波、电针疏密波），疗程（2周、4周、6周）之四因素三水平不同搭配组合方案对 Barthel 指数的影响。结果四因素间前后差值比较，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）；每个因素各水平比较，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论脑梗死病程1～10天内、头穴＋阴经与阳经穴交替针刺、电针疏密波、疗程6周对 Barthel 指数起初步相对较好改善作用。
