在发起和推动不缠足运动中,维新派十分重视不缠足团体的建立和发展。与其创建的政治性、学术性团体不同,不缠足团体是以劝导妇女不缠足为其要旨的,是由农工商士绅各阶层广泛参与的民间性团体,其规模较前者要大得多,在分布上更是呈现出一种基层化、区域化的特点。作为近代妇女解放运动中出现的新生事物,不缠足团体尽管有其种种的不成熟性,但对妇女解放运动所产生的影响是不可抹杀的。%The reformists in the Hundred Days of reform attached great importance to the establishment and development of anti-foot-binding groupsin launching and promoting the anti-foot-binding movement.Different from the political and academic groups of the period,the anti-foot-binding groups aimed at convincing women not to bind their feet,and they were non-governmental organizations with greater influence,extensively joined by peasants,workers,businessmen and gentlemen from all walks of life,which were larger in scale than ever.The distribution presented basic level and regional characteristis.In spite of all the immaturities,these groups have played their positive roles in promoting women＇s liberation movement.
