基于VB的单总线温度采集系统的设计

     

摘要

A kind of temperature acquisition system was designed to improve the the common thermocouples of the Mine Grouting Method, thus achieving multi-point temperature acquisition and sending the data through the serial port to a computer display. Temperature sensors are connected by 1-wire, PC programming is designed with VB, MScomm of VB is used to make comunication between PC and MCU. This system uses common STC89C54RD+ MCU, DS18B20 temperature sensor. 1602LCD is used to show temperature in MCU system. With the help of RS485 wire and digital sensors, the use of expensive hong copper wires can be avoided, the temperature measurement system can be simplified, and at the same time the cost can be reduced greatly. Good result has been gained in the disaster management of well wall breaking with the ground reinforcement method.%设计了一种温度采集系统,主要用于改进矿井注浆加固法中的热电偶测温模块,实现矿井井臂多点温度采集,并通过串口发送到电脑上显示.多个温度传感器用单总线连接,上位机用VB编程,用MScomm控件实现单片机与上位机通信,下位机使用常见的STC89C54RD+单片机、DS18B20温度传感器,下位机上用LCD1602液晶显示屏实时显示温度,数据传输采用RS485总线.数字温度传感器的采用,避免了昂贵的康铜线的使用,简化了测温系统,很大程度上降低了成本,在利用地层加固法治理井壁破裂灾害的技术中起到很好的效果.
