螺旋捻制结构在受载情况下的力学性能分析

         

摘要

螺旋捻制结构工作过程中呈现复杂的几何、运动与力学特性,为了解工作状态下整个结构的受力情况,需要对捻制结构中钢丝的几何和力学特征进行深入的研究.以简单直股为例,通过理论分析和有限元模拟的方法,研究了端面自由和端面约束转动两种边界条件下股的力学性能.分析结果表明:在受载一定情况下,端面约束转动时股的应变和接触应力更大,股更容易失效.所用的方法为一般螺旋结构的力学性能分析提供了参考.%in the process The twisting of work. Based on the simple straight strand, this paper studied the mechanical characteristics of strand in two boundary conditions, including freedom and restrain end face, through theoretical analysis and simulation method of finite element. The analysis results show that, in the case of certain load, the strain and touched stress of strand are larger and easier to become invalid when the end face restrain is turning. This method provides basis for analysis of mechanical characteristics for general twisting structure.
