工学结合环境下高职学生职业素养分析与对策

摘要

Taking entrepreneurs and students as the objects,the author performed surveys on the cultivation of higher vocational students＇ professional qualities during their post practice period,and analyzed the resulted data to draw a conclusion：there are indeed some problems and contradictions between the recent graduates and the supposed qualified employees,and the most effective way is that the school,the enterprises,and the students should make full use of this period through effective communications and overall arrangements so as to greatly improve the cultivation.%当前工学结合的教学模式较为盛行,一方面锻炼了学生的实际能力,同时却也出现了学生就职后职业素养缺失的状况。文章以企业、学生为对象,针对高职学生在顶岗实习期间的职业素养培养相关状况和现存问题进行了调研和分析。认为目前学校培养的毕业生和企业要求的合格人才之间存在一些问题和矛盾,除了在校期间尽早开始让学生打下坚实的专业基础之外,最有效的解决办法就是抓住顶岗实习这个阶段,学校、企业、学生三方有效沟通、统筹安排,落实教师、实习指导人员和实习学生的职责,将学生的职业素养培养拉上一个新台阶。
