中国传统人格的内在冲突及现代启示

Traditional Chinese character containing the essential mental element of human development is the crystallization of civilization created by the Chinese nation for thousands of years,Inner conflicts of traditional personality containis Sense of life and death which includes Llife-Death anxiety,the pursuit about talent-nature diffence,the behavior choice focuses on in-out,and the Code of Ethics about crazy-careful one form.Traditional Chinese character has positive reference for Modern Ideal Personality：Living conditions which combinated the＂individual＂ and＂Class I＂,self-design should be concerned about the match of individual cognitive and socio-professional,when behavior choices are maken,social responsibility should be taken into account and man should maintain the calm state of mind under stress,Personality Training should be protected and assertive personality that is needed in creating talents.%中国传统人格是中华民族数千年创造的文明结晶,包含着人类发展不可或缺的精神因素。生死焦虑的死亡意识、才性相异的人生追求、入世避世的行为选择、狂慎一体的伦理规范构成了中国传统人格的内在冲突。它对现代理想人格的塑造有积极的借鉴意义：应秉持＂个我＂和＂类我＂相结合的生存状态,自我设计时应关注个体认知与社会职业的匹配,行为选择时应考虑社会责任并保持顺逆境下的平静心态,人格建构时应注意保护和张扬培养创新型人才所需的个性。
