我国非物质文化遗产保护政策的推进

摘要

自2004年正式加入《保护非物质文化遗产公约》后,我国非物质文化遗产保护政策逐步得以建立和完善。文章在全面梳理我国非物质文化遗产保护政策发展进程的基础上,从建立与国际接轨的非物质文化遗产保护政策、形成适合国情的非物质文化遗产保护体系、提升中央与地方紧密联动的政策执行力等七个方面总结了现有政策的成绩,分析了其存在的不足,并进一步从强化非物质文化遗产保护机构管理的政策、加强非物质文化遗产传承人管理政策、建立非物质文化遗产建设项目保障制度等方面提出了推动和完善我国非物质文化遗产保护政策的主要措施。%Since our country formally joined Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage in 20004,our country＇s intangible cultural heritage protection policies have been gradually set up.On the basis of systematically analyzing the development process of our country＇s intangible cultural heritage policies,this paper sums up the experience and defect,then puts forward some measures to advance our country＇s intangible cultural heritage policy.
