从行业地位、行业发展、企业战略三个层次探讨城乡一体化背景下建筑行业的发展前景,提出通过加强法制建设,强化行业自律;建立管理机构,推进管理创新;发展绿色建筑,促进生态平衡推进建筑行业发展.%The development prospects of the construction industry under the background of urban and rural are discussed from three lev -els of industry status , research and development , enterprise strategy ,and put forward some countermeasures , such as strengthening the legal system construction and the industry self -regulation, establishing the management organization , promoting management innova-tion, developing green building , promoting ecological balance .
