人口老龄化视野下我国农村养老保障问题研究

摘要

针对当前农村养老保障存在的问题，提出政府应积极承担养老责任，同时应强化家庭养老、积极发展社区养老。%In view of the current problems of left -behind elderly endowment , it puts forward that the government pension liability should ke actively , at the same time the government should strengthen family endowment and positive development of community en -dowment .
