Adopting particle swarm optimization numerical algorithm, the current global optimal value is obtained, through comparing the ideal and the actual function of the front axle automotive steering wheel angle inside and outside, bringing in relative error and weighting factor,establishing theoretical model of trapezoid mechanism optimization, confirming constraints and design variables, realizing numerical simulation process In computing software MATLAB. And the application to some type of practical vehicle gets an optimized result. That provides an effective method in steering trapezium optimization of N-Type automobile.% 采用粒子群优化数值求解法,通过比较 N 类货车转向时其前桥内、外侧车轮转角的理想函数和实际函数关系,引入相对误差和加权因子,建立梯形机构优化理论模型,确定约束和设计变量,在计算软件MATLAB 中实现数值求解流程,得到全局当前最优值。用于某车型的实际算例,得出优化结果。为 N 类货车转向梯形优化提供了有效方法和途径。
