目的 探讨TR Band桡动脉止血压迫器在桡动脉途径经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)后的有效性及安全性.方法 将133例行经桡动脉途径的PCI患者分为2组,观察组63例使用TR Band桡动脉压迫器压迫止血,对照组70例使用常规的绷带压迫止血,观察比较2组止血效果、止血时间、患者的舒适度、压迫侧大拇指血氧饱和度及并发症.结果 2组1次止血成功率和压迫侧大拇指血氧饱和度比较差别均无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；观察组压迫止血时间和完全止血时间均明显短于对照组(P＜0.05)；观察组患者舒适度优于对照组(P＜0.05)；观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 经桡动脉途径PCI术后应用TR Band桡动脉止血压迫器安全有效,止血时间短,患者舒适度高,并发症少.%Objective To explore the effectivity and safety of TR Band radial artery hemostasis compressor in the post-operation of radial artery percutaneous coronary intervention ( PCI). Methods One hundred and thirty-three patients performed with PCI through radial artery were divided into^wo groups,sixty-three patients in observation group were treated with TR Band radial artery hemostasis compressor,seventy patients in control group were treated with conventional bandage haemo-stasis. The hemostasis effectiveness, hemostasis time, comfort degree of patients, saturation of blood oxygen of pressed thumb and complications were observed and compared between two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the success rate of hemostasis and saturation of blood oxygen between two groups (P >0. 05). The compressed hemostasis time and completely hemostasis time in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group( P < 0.05). The comfort degree of patients in observation group was better than that in control group( P < 0.05 ). The incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Hemostasis with the TR Band radial artery hemostasis compressor in the postoperation of radial artery PCI is safe and effective,with less hemostasis time,higher comfort degree of patients and less complications.
