精神分裂症患者家属心理状况调查

摘要

Objective To explore the mental health status of family members of patients with schizophrenia. Methods Fifty cases of schizophrenia family members were choosen as observation group and fifty cases of normal family members were choosen as control group. The mental health status of two groups were evaluated by self-rating symptom scale( SCL-90) , self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and self-rating depression scale(SDS). Results Compared with the control group,the somati-zation,obsessive,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility,and fear factor scores of SCL-90 and the total scores of SAS and SDS of the observation group were significantly higher (P < 0. 05). Conclusion Family members of patients with schizophrenia have the mental health problems,and anxiety and depression is more prominent.%目的 探讨精神分裂症患者家属的心理健康状况.方法 50例精神分裂症患者家属设为观察组,50例正常家庭家属设为对照组,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、自评焦虑量表(SAS)、自评抑郁量表(SDS)对2组家属进行测评分析.结果 观察组在躯体化、强迫观念、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对性、恐惧等因子得分均高于对照组,差别有统计学意义(P＜0.05);SAS和SDS评分也高于对照组,差别有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 精神分裂症患者家属存在心理健康问题,其中焦虑、抑郁更为突出.
