下腹横皮纹小切口手术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝493例

摘要

目的 探讨小儿腹股沟斜疝手术技巧.方法 对2004年7月至2010年3月493例进行择期手术的小儿腹股沟斜疝患者,采用下腹横皮纹小切口手术处理.结果 患者手术顺利,手术时间(20.0±5.0)min,住院时间(3.0±0.5)d;术后无明显并发症出现.结论 择期小儿腹股沟斜疝应用下腹横皮纹小切口手术处理,手术时间、住院时间短,创伤小,痛苦少,瘢痕小,恢复快.%Objective To explore the skill of operation of indirect hernia in children. Methods Four hundred and ninety-three rncases with indirect hernia were selected and given small transverse incisions in lower abdomen operation. Results The surgery was unrneventful, and the mean operative time was ( 20.0 ± 5.0) min , mean hospital stay was ( 3.0 ± 0.5 ) days ; Patients without significant comrnplicacions after operalion. Conclusion Small transverse incisions in lower abdomen for indirect hernia of children have shorter operarntion time , shorter hospital stay , less trauma , less pain , amall scar and quicker recovery , etc.
