血脂康胶囊对冠心病患者血清C反应蛋白和血脂的影响

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of Xuezhikang on serum C-reactive protein ( CRP)level and blood lipids rnof patients with coronary heart disease( CHD) . Methods Eighty patients with CHD were divided into ohservation group and rncontrol group,fortY patients in each group. The control group was given aspirin,metoprolol, nitrates and angiotensin converting rnenzyme inhibitors;Based on this , Xuezhikang ( one time 0. 6 g, twice a day) was given in the observation group. The fasting rnCRP and blood lipids were collected after three months and compared between two groups. Results Before treatment, there rnwere no statistic significance of each index of serum lipids between two groups (P ＞ 0. 05 ) . Compared with before treatment,rnthe levels of blood total cholesterol ( TC) , triglyceride ( TG) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol ( LDL-C) in the obsewarntion group decreased after treatment ( P ＜ 0. 05) ; The TC , TC and LDL-C levels in control group decreased , but the difference rnhad no significance ( P＞ 0. 05 ) , the high density lipoprotein cholesterol decreased significantly ( P ＜ 0. 05 ) . After treatment ,rnthere was statistically significant differences in each index between two groups ( P ＜ 0. 05) . The improvement of CRP of obserrntation group was better than that in control group( P ＜ 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Xuezhikang is effective in decreasing CRP level rnand blood lipid.therefore,it can protect the blood vessels and improve the prognosis of patients with CHD.%目的 探讨血脂康胶囊对冠心病患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)水平和血脂的影响.方法 80例冠心病患者分为观察组和对照组,每组加例.对照组给予肠溶阿司匹林、美托洛尔、硝酸酯类及血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂等药物,观察组在对照组的基础上服用血脂康胶囊,每次0.6 g,每日2次,3个月后采集空腹静脉血,比较2组CRP及血脂的变化情况.结果 2组治疗前各项血脂指标差别无统计学意义(P>0.05).治疗后观察组总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)较治疗前均有所下降(P<0.05);对照组TC、TG及LDL-C较治疗前均有所下降,但差别无统计学意义(P>0.05);高密度脂蛋白胆固醇有所增加,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后2组各指标比较差别均有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组CRP改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 血脂康胶囊具有较好的降低CRP水平及血脂的作用,从而有效地保护血管,改善冠心病患者的预后.
