基于改进BP人工神经网络的纱线拉伸性能预测研究

摘要

本文研究了纱线拉伸性能预测问题.用HVI测试原棉指标,用USTER(R)TESTER5～S400测试成纱指标,采用改进BP算法建立断裂伸长预测的模型,进行纱线的拉伸性能预测,结果表明改进BP模型预测速度和精度较好.%The Breaking Elongation of Cotton Yarns is an important yarn property. The model to predict the Breaking Elongation of Cotton Yarns is built based on improved BP neural network . HVI test results are used to train the neural nets. The experimental results show that the predicted models based on improved BP neural network are more precise and efficient .
