Since reform and opening policy,labor-exporting province has gone through a budding and maturing development concerning the outflow of rural labor force.Chinese scholars have explored the domestic labor migration phase and outflow area in past three decades,industry personal characteristics of a certain follow-up analysis of government labor mobility in rural areas with a reflection of macroeconomic policy.Migrant workers starting a business to guide the service system were discussed.Foreign scholars had earlier dynamic model of the rural labor mobility research,the Government Management System of the floating population,the rural labor force back starting a business research.China＇s economy is the current transition period,changes in the flow of rural labor force will present some of the new requirements,new features,the new trend of China＇s further economic development will have some impact on the complex,and therefore need to further increase research efforts to analyze changes in the flow of rural labor industry,age,region on the understanding of the laws,labor export areas to further explore the dynamic model of the flow,and further efforts to increase the study＇s statistical analysis for the flow of migrant workers and government to create favorable conditions to guide policy.%改革开放以来,劳务输出大省农村劳动力的流动经历了从萌芽、发展到不断成熟的阶段,国内学者对我国30多年来劳动力流动的阶段进行了梳理,对流向变动的地区、行业、个人特征进行跟踪分析,对政府关于农村劳动力流动的宏观政策进行了反思,并对引导农民工合作创业的服务体系进行了探讨。国外学者较早进行了农村劳动力流动的动力模型研究、政府对流动人口的管理体系研究和农村劳动力回流合作创业研究。当前中国经济正处于转型时期,农村劳动力流向变动呈现出新特点,因而需要加大研究力度,分析农村劳动力流向变动在行业、年龄、地区上的规律性认识,进一步探讨劳务输出地区的流向动力模型,加大研究的统计分析力度,为农民工的流动和政府的引导政策提供理论依据。
