MRI 在膝关节退行性骨关节病诊断中的应用价值分析

摘要

Objective To explore the application value of MRI in diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis by compa‐ring the MRI and X‐ray findings in patients with osteoarthritis of the knee .Methods The MRI and X‐ray results of 47 cases with osteoarthritis of the knee in The First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical Uni ‐versity were collected and performance and accuracy of both methods were compared .Results MRI and X‐ray results showed clearly osteoarthritis ,subchondral bone superfluous and subchondral cyst formation , joint space narrowing and articular surface rough (P > 0 .05) .MRI could clearly show the torn meniscal de‐generation ,soft tissue swelling ,synovial thickening change and joint effusion ,while these changes above were not easy to be found in the X‐ray film (P < 0 .05) .Conclusion Compared with X‐ray ,MRI in the di‐agnosis of osteoarthritis of the knee may have more positive findings and higher diagnostic value .%目的：比较膝关节退行性骨关节病患者的 MRI 及 X 线片表现，探讨 MRI 在诊断膝关节退行性骨关节病中的应用价值。方法收集新疆医科大学第一附属医院收治的47例膝关节退行性骨关节病患者的 MRI 及 X线检查结果，比较 MRI 及 X 线片表现及准确性。结果 MRI 及 X 线片均可清晰显示骨质增生、软骨下赘骨形成、软骨下囊变、关节腔隙狭窄及关节面毛糙不平（P ＞0．05）。 MRI 可清晰显示半月板变性撕裂、软组织肿胀、滑膜增厚改变及关节积液，而 X 线片不易发现上述改变（P ＜0．05）。结论与 X 线相比，MRI 在诊断膝关节骨关节炎时可有更多的阳性发现，具有较高的诊断价值。
