维药材欧绵马生药学研究

摘要

目的：研究新疆维药材欧绵马的生药学特征，为该药材的鉴别、质量标准制定与开发利用提供参考依据。方法采用性状鉴别、显微鉴别、理化鉴别等方法对欧绵马进行生药学研究。结果欧绵马根茎横切面主要特征为：髓心四周有大型维管束8～12个，周韧型；内皮层凯氏点明显。粉末：棕色，管胞具孔纹或梯纹，薄壁细胞间隙含棕色物质、淀粉粒和小腺毛。结论研究结果可作为欧绵马药材质量标准制定的依据。%Objective To provide reference for the identification,establishment of quality standard and the further development and utilization of Dryopteris filix-mas (L.)Schott.Through the study of its phar-maeognostic characteristics. Method The original plant, character identification, microscopic characteristics identification methods were employed for the pharmaeognostic study of Dryopteris filix-mas (L.)Schott..Result The key feature of its rhizome cross-section included 8~1 2 large cental vascular,which is amphicribral type,around the pith;Casparian dots are obvious on the endodermis.The powder is brown.Tracheids are pitted or ladder pattern.The gap of parenchyma cells containing the brown substance,starch grains and small glandular hairs.Conclusion The study outcomes can be taken as the ba-sis for setting up the quality standard of Dryopteris filix-mas (L.)Schott..
