Objective To explore the correlation of 1 H-MRS main compound concentration ratio and quanti-tative indicators of DWI-brain apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC value)in the marginal zone of cerebral alveolar echinococcosis.Methods Collected 11 cases (23 lesions)diagnosed as cerebral alveolar echinococ-cosis during July,2009 - March,2013 in our hospital,applied 3.0T superconductive MRI apparatus to conduct whole brain conventional MR scan,enhanced scan,multi-voxel 1 H-MRS and DWI checks,DWI gradient sensitive factor b value were chosen 1 000 s/mm2 .Multi voxel 1 H-MRS Cho/Cr,NAA/Cho, NAA/Cr,Lip/Cr ratios and corresponding ROI ADC value in CAE lesion parenchyma zone,marginal zone (beside the enhanced border within 10 mm range),control zone were measured.Correlating analysis of 1 H-MRS compound concentration ratio and ADC value was proceeded.Results ADC value and NAA/Cho,NAA/Cr ratios in the marginal zone of cerebral alveolar echinococcosis lesion were negatively corre-lated (r =-0.89,- 0.71 respectively),and Cho/Cr,Lip/Cr ratio was positively correlated (r = 0.73, 0.81,respectively).Conclusion DWI and 1 H-MRS in combination,could not only contribute to guide cer-ebral alveolar echinococcosis surgery,but also provide valuable information for further study of its biologi-cal behavior.%目的：探讨脑泡型包虫病边缘区域的1 H-MRS 主要化合物浓度比值与 DWI 定量指标表观扩散系数（ADC 值）的相关性。方法收集2009年7月—2013年3月新疆医科大学第一附属医院确诊为脑泡型包虫病的11例患者共23个目标病灶；应用3．0T 超导磁共振仪，分别进行全脑常规 MR 平扫、增强扫描、多体素1 H-MRS 及DWI 检查，DWI 梯度敏感因子 b 值取1000 s／mm2。测量脑泡型包虫病病灶实质区、边缘区（强化边界旁10 mm范围内）、对照区多体素1 H-MRS Cho／Cr、NAA／Cho、NAA／Cr、Lip／Cr 化合物浓度比值及一一对应感兴趣区 ADC值，对1 H-MRS 化合物浓度比值与 ADC 值分别进行相关性分析。结果脑泡型包虫病病灶边缘区域的 ADC 值与 NAA／Cho、NAA／Cr 比值存在负相关（r 分别为－0．89、－0．71），与 Cho／Cr、Lip／Cr 比值存在正相关（r 分别为0．73、0．81）。结论DWI 与1 H-MRS 联合应用，不仅有助于指导脑泡型包虫病外科手术，也可为进一步探讨其生物学行为提供有价值的信息。
