The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for a loop type Velcro having elasticity using nylon fine denier fiber covering spandex yarn of 20 denier and a loop type Velcro manufactured by the same. The manufacturing method for a loop type Velcro having the elasticity using the nylon fine denier fiber covering spandex yarn of 20 denier comprises: a knitting step (S1) of knitting in a structure in which wrap and weft are knitted by applying polyester filament yarn as the wrap by a knitting device and knitting nylon fine denier fiber covering spandex yarn and nylon monofilament yarn by alternately inputting the nylon fine denier fiber covering spandex yarn and the nylon monofilament yarn; a hot water immersion step (S2) of shrinking the nylon fine denier fiber covering spandex yarn by immersing the knitted fabric in water having a temperature of 70-80°C, wherein a nylon monofilament yarn relatively protrudes in a loop shape; and a dehydrating and drying step (S3) of dehydrating and drying the fabric immersed. The manufacture of the loop type Velcro having the loop on one side is completed. Therefore, the manufactured loop type Velcro is used as an attachment type with a hook type Velcro, and thus the loop type Velcro is used in a minimum length or area based on elasticity thereof.
