Objective Application of DWI and ADC to observe the characteristics of hepatic alveolar echino-coccosis (HAE).Methods 35 patients underwent routine MR and DWI scan,through the post-processing workstation to measure the ADC values of center,peripheral area and surrounding zone of the lesion,ana-lyzed the relationship in different areas of the ADC values and the histopathology.To explore whether the HAE histopathological characteristics as measured by ADC values.Focal line HE staining specimens and MVD of peripheral area of the lesion were analyzed.Results 35 patients HAE lesion center,peripheral ar-ea and surrounding zone of the ADC values differences were statistically significant (F =17.95,29.23,P <0.05);ADC values has no correlation with MVD (P =0.747,0.659);Conclusion DWI images can reflect the characteristics of the organization of peripheral area.No relationship was found between the ADC val-ues and MVD of the same area of lesion.%目的:应用 DWI 及 ADC 值观察肝泡状棘球蚴病(HAE)的 MR 特征。方法35例患者经 MR 常规扫描及 DWI 扫描,通过后处理工作站测量中心病变区域、边缘带和周边区域 ADC 值;对比分析病变在不同区域的ADC 值和相应区域组织病理学之间的关系,探讨 ADC 值评价 HAE 病灶组织病理学特征的可行性;病灶标本行HE 染色并测定微血管密度(MVD),分析病灶边缘带 ADC 值与 MVD 的相关性。结果35例 HAE 病灶中心、边缘及外周区域的 ADC 值间的差异均有统计学意义(F =17.95、29.23,P 均<0.05);ADC 值与 MVD 无相关性(P =0.747、0.659);结论DWI 图像可以反映 HAE 病灶的组织异型性特征;病灶边缘区域的 ADC 值与同一区域的微血管密度(MVD)值无相关性。
