哈萨克族食管癌患者化疗间歇期电话回访在居家自护中的作用

         

摘要

Objective To investigate the role of telephone report in home self- care of Kazak′s patients with esophageal cancer during chemotherapy intermittent period.Methods 90 Kazak′s patients of esopha-geal cancer with intravenous chemotherapy from January 2013 to December 2014 were randomly devided into two group.45 cases (the observation group)recieved the telephone report on their require of our spe-cialized nurses in 3 days,1 week,2 weeks after leaving hospital.Another 45 cases (the contral group)re-cieved the regular telephone report on satisfaction just once in 1 week after leaving hospital regularly.Re-sults Compared with the control group, anxiety and fear scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the observation group (P < 0.05).In observation group patients master knowledge of health education,regular reexamination blood,patients′ satisfaction with nursing scores were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P <0.005).Conclusion Telephone report can effectively guide home self- care of Kazak′s patients with e-sophageal cancer during chemotherapy intermittent period,It is also avail in recovery of the patients with chemotherapy.%目的:探讨哈萨克族食管癌患者化疗间歇期电话回访在居家自护中的作用。方法选择2013年1月-2014年12月在新疆肿瘤医院胸腹放疗科行静脉化疗的90例哈萨克族食管癌患者,随机分为观察组(45例)和对照组(45例),观察组患者分别于出院后第3天、1周、2周,由科室设专门的护士根据科室制定的流程和回访内容进行电话回访,回访过程中要注重患者化疗后不同时期的回访需求。对照组患者出院后第1周常规进行满意度电话回访1次。结果观察组患者焦虑恐惧心理明显低于对照组患者(P <0.05),观察组患者掌握健康知识教育、定期复查血常规、患者护理满意度均明显高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P <0.005)。结论开展电话回访工作可以有效地指导哈萨克族食管癌患者化疗间歇期的居家自护,有利于患者化疗后机体的恢复。
