microRNA-5692b 在新疆哈萨克族食管癌中的表达及临床意义

摘要

Objective To study the expression of microRNA-5692b (miR-5692b)in Xinjiang Kazakh′s esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC)tissue and to analyze the relationship between its expression with clinical pathological features.Methods The real-time fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reac-tion (RT-qPCR)was adopted to detect the expression of microRNA-5692b in cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues in 28 cases of squamous cell carcinoma and formulas were used to calculate the relative ex-pression and to analyze the relationships between the expression in different groups and their clinical path-ological features.Results The expressions of microRNA-5692b were of significance (P <0.05)in Kazakh′s esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues and in adjacent normal tissues.It was in high expression in cancer tissues and increased with the clinical stage increasing,with statistical significance (P <0.05).The expression had nothing to do with other clinical pathological features (P >0.05).Conclusion The expres-sion of microRNA-5692b was high in Kazakh′s esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and it was proved help-ful to diagnose the esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.%目的：探讨 microRNA-5692b（miR-5692b）在新疆哈萨克族食管鳞癌（esophageal squamous cell carci-noma，ESCC）组织中的表达情况及其与食管鳞癌临床病理的关系。方法采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应法（real-time quantitative PCR，RT-qPCR）检测 microRNA-5692b 在28例癌组织中和癌旁正常组织中的表达量，通过公式计算相对表达量，并分析表达量与临床病理特征的关系。结果microRNA-5692b 在新疆哈萨克族食管鳞癌组织中及癌旁正常组织中的表达量差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05），在癌组织中呈高表达，并且随着临床分期的增高而升高，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。microRNA-5692b 的表达与其他临床病理特征无关（P ＞0．05）。结论microRNA-5692b 在哈萨克族食管鳞癌组织中呈高表达，可辅助临床食管鳞癌的诊断。
