标准化皮肤护理操作防治放射性皮肤损伤的效果观察

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical outcome of the Standardized skin care process on the preven-tion and control of radioactive skin damage in patients with radiotherapy and to find the effective measures. Methods 145 patients with radiotherapy were randomly divided into observation group (n =70)and the control group (n =75).The observation group of 70 patients were applied Biafine cream by nurses in ac-cordance to standardized skin care process while the control group of 75 patients themselves used Biafine cream according to the drug description.The time and degree of radioactivity skin damage were observed and compared in the two groups.Results The observation group were obviously lighter than the control group in the degree of radioactive skin injury.Skin injury in the observation group appeared significantly later than that in the control group and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.01).Conclusion Application of standardized skin care operation process can be more effective in reducing the degree of ra-dioactive skin injury and it deserves promotion and application in clinical practice.%目的：观察标准化皮肤护理操作流程防治放射性皮肤损伤的应用效果。方法将145例接受放射治疗的患者随机分为观察组（70例）和对照组（75例 ），观察组由护士按标准化皮肤护理操作流程为患者实施放疗区域皮肤护理及涂抹比亚芬，对照组则由患者按照药品说明书涂抹比亚芬。观察并比较两组患者放射性皮肤损伤的发生程度及时间。结果观察组皮肤放射性损伤发生的程度明显轻于对照组，观察组损伤发生的时间明显晚于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P 均＜0．01）。结论应用标准化皮肤护理操作流程能更有效减轻肿瘤患者放射性皮肤损伤发生的程度，值得在临床推广。
