新疆特高发肿瘤资源库管理系统的开发与应用

摘要

Objective To establish Xinjiang tumor resource bank management system for better managing tumor specimens and scientific research.Methods We developed the tumor resource bank management system with local area network of hospital as the operating platform.Results The management system has the functions of recording,bowing,storing,searching of information and maintenance,administration of data,the advantages of efficient,safe and easy to be used,as well as directly getting diagnosis and treatment information of the patient from Hospital Information System.Conclusion With the functions of reflecting the sample information accurately and dynamically,the system would provide a good platform for scientific research.%目的：建立新疆特高发肿瘤资源库信息管理系统。方法开发“肿瘤资源库管理系统”软件，以医院内网为操作平台，对库存的标本进行信息管理。结果该系统具有信息录入、储存、浏览、检索及数据维护、导出、保密等功能。可以提供标本信息的查询，还可通过医院信息系统获得电子病历、病理结果、病案和随访等信息。结论该系统具有高效、安全、操作方便等优点，可以为科学研究提供高水平的信息研究平台。
