Galectin-3、Caspase-3在乳腺癌组织中的表达和临床病理学意义

摘要

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical pathological significance of Galectin-3 and Caspase-3 in breast cancer.Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of Galectin-3,Caspase-3 in 70 cases of breast cancer paraffin modified (breast cancer group),and 20 cases of adjacent normal tissue (control group )from January 2010 to December 2013 in Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Xin-jiang Medical University Cancer Hospital.Results The expression of Galectin-3 in breast cancer tissue and paired normal adjacent tissues were 68.57% (48/70),10.00% (2/20),separately.Galectin-3 was signifi-cantly up-regulated in breast cancer compared with the paired normal adjacent tissues (χ2=21.613,P =0.000).Caspase-3 was significantly down-regulated in ESCC compared with the paired normal adjacent tis-sues (χ2=21.613,P =0.000).Clinical stage,differentiation,and lymph node metastasis was found to be significantly correlated to Galectin-3 expression (P <0.05).Lymph node metastasis were found to be sig-nificantly correlated to Caspase-3 expression.Galectin-3 was negatively correlated with Caspase-3 in clinical sample tissues (r=-0.268,P =0.012).All patients with a median follow-up time of 26 months,the 1-year and 3-year survival ratio of patients with Galectin-3 and Caspase-3 positive exxpression was no sig-nificant difference (P >0.05).Conclusion Galectin-3,Caspase-3 are useful for evaluating breast cancer. The interaction between Galectin-3 and Caspase-3 can mediate the progression of breast cancer.%目的：探讨半乳凝素3（Galectin-3）、半胱氨酸蛋白酶3（Caspase-3）在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理学的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测2010年1月－2014年12月在新疆医科大学附属肿瘤医院乳腺外科行乳腺癌改良根治术后的石蜡标本（乳腺癌组）70例及20例癌旁正常组织（对照组）中Galectin-3、Caspase-3的表达，分析其阳性表达率及与临床病理学参数之间的关系。结果乳腺癌组织中 Galectin-3的阳性表达率高于癌旁组织，差异有统计学意义（χ2＝21．613，P ＝0．000）。乳腺癌组织中 Caspase-3的阳性表达率低于癌旁组织，差异有统计学意义（χ2＝14．279，P ＝0．000），Galectin-3的表达与临床分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移有关（P ＜0．05）， Caspase-3的表达与淋巴结转移有关（P ＜0．05）。Galectin-3与 Caspase-3表达呈负相关关系（r ＝－0．68，P ＝0．012）。所有患者中位随访时间26个月，Galectin-3以及 Caspase-3阳性患者1、3年生存率差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论 Galectin-3、Caspase-3的检测有助于对乳腺癌诊断提供一定的依据。
