油田特种车辆驾驶员职业紧张因素的探讨

摘要

Objective To know the occupational stress factors of oilfield special vehicle driver and provide scientific basis for the prevention and intervention measures to ease the tension of drivers and improve the working capacity of drivers and promote their physical and mental health.Methods AET was used to analyze the occupational stress factors of 8 different types of oil field special vehicles.Results 8 types of oil field special vehicles were divided into 2 cluster groups with inherent similarity of occupational stress factors.In the first group,there were 30 kinds of occupational stress factors,which were larger than the theoretical value of 80% The characteristic occupational factors contained the number of longer breaks,the direction of sound,the speed and position of moving object,etc.And there were 55 kinds of occupational stress factors.The characteristic occupational stress factors consist of some special instructions on the knowledge of certain tasks,controls have multiple levels,requiring high-level vocational training,etc. Conclusion Different types of special vehicle drivers in the field are different from other industries in the nature,tasks,requirements and environment of the work.%目的 了解油田特种车辆驾驶员存在的职业紧张因素,为缓解驾驶员职业紧张程度、提高其工作能力、促进其身心健康及职业生命质量提供有针对性的干预措施.方法 采用AET工作分析对某油田公司所属的8种不同类型的油田特种车辆驾驶员进行职业紧张因素分析.结果 8种油田特种车辆最终划分为2个具有较大内在相似性职业紧张因素的聚类组.第一类聚类组共有30个大于理论值80%的职业紧张因素,其中较长的工间休息次数、听音的方向、移动物体的速度、位置等是特征性职业因素.第二类聚类组共有55个大于理论值80%的职业紧张因素,其中关于某些任务特殊说明方面的知识、控件有多个级别、要求高级职业培训等是特征性职业紧张因素.结论 不同种类的油田特种车辆驾驶员在作业性质、任务、要求、环境上有不同于其他行业的特征,职业有害因素较多.
