Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of cerebral infarction. Methods During April 2012 to April 2014,122 cases of patients with cerebral infarction were selected, they were divided into two groups according to the nursing model:61 cases of cerebral infarction patients receiving the routine nursing care were divided into the control group,the remainder 61 cases of cerebral infarction patients receiving the evidence-based nursing care were divided into the test group.Observed were the nursing effect,the disease control time,hospitalizing time,the improvement of neurological function defect and the difference of the satisfaction of nursing service.Results The total efficiency rate of nursing of the test group was 95.08%,whereas the control group was 80.33%,the difference was dis-played to be statistically significant (P <0.05);The disease control time,hospitalization time of the test group was observed to be significantly shorter than that of the control group (P < 0.05 ); The improvement of nerve function defect of the test group was found to be significantly better than that of the control group (P <0.05);additionally,The nursing satisfaction of the test group was also presented to be significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion The effect of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of cerebral infarction is remarkable,which is worthy of clinical expansion.%目的：探讨循证护理在脑梗死护理中的应用效果。方法选取2012年4月－2014年4月新疆医科大学第一附属医院神经内二科接收的脑梗死患者122例，根据护理模式分组，将在临床治疗期间行常规护理的61例脑梗死患者作为对照组，其余在临床治疗期间行循证护理的61例脑梗死患者作为试验组。观察两组患者的护理效果、病情控制时间及在院时间、神经功能缺损改善情况、对护理服务满意度的差异。结果试验组护理总有效率为95．08％，对照组护理总有效率为80．33％，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）；试验组病情控制时间、住院时间均较对照组短，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）；试验组神经功能缺损改善情况优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；试验组护理总体满意度（93．44％）较对照组高（77．05％），差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论在脑梗死患者的临床护理中采用循证护理模式，效果显著，值得推广应用。
