益生菌在辅助治疗变应性鼻炎中的效果分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of probiotics in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods 84 patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into the case group and the control group.The con-trol group was treated with momisone furate nasal spray combined with silitrizin hydrochloride.The case group was treated on the basis of the control group.Peifeikang was used.Results At 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,there were significant differences in VAS scores between the two groups(P ＜0.05),and the scores of RQLQ scores in daily activities,sleep,non nasal conjunctivitis symptoms and mental emotional responses were significantly decreased(P ＜0.05).Conclusion Probiotics can significantly improve symp-toms and improve total clinical efficiency in patients with allergic rhinitis.%目的 探讨益生菌辅助治疗变应性鼻炎的效果分析.方法 选取84例变应性鼻炎患者,随机分为病例组和对照组,对照组采用鼻用糠酸莫米松喷雾剂联合盐酸西替利嗪片治疗,病例组在对照组治疗的基础上加用培菲康,两组疗程均为4 w.比较观察 2 组治疗前、治疗 2 w、治疗 4 w后,患者的视觉模拟量表及生活质量评分.结果 在治疗 2 w及4 w时,两组的视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分比较差异均有统计学意义(P ＜0.05),鼻结膜炎相关生活质量问卷调查表(RQLQ)评分在日常活动、睡眠、非鼻-结膜炎症状、心里情感反应4个方面评分均显著下降(P ＜0.05).结论 采用益生菌联合鼻用糠酸莫米松喷雾剂及盐酸西替利嗪片治疗变应性鼻炎,可显著改善患者的症状,提高临床总有效率,且安全性高.
