不同Ca2+浓度对猕猴桃愈伤组织再分化的影响

         

摘要

This study aims to test the callus induction,proliferation and redifferentiation of Kiwifruit,taking the stems of Actinidia Qinmei as explants. The different concentrations of Ca2+ were added into the media to determine optimal concentrations of Ca2+ of induction, proliferation and differentiation of Kiwifruit callus. The results showed that appropriately increasing Ca2+ concentration of Kiwifruit callus can improve the induction and proliferation of Kiwifruit callus and increase proliferation biomass of callus and increase the redifferentiation of green seeding. The optimal concentration of was 7 mmol/L. But when Ca2+ concentration was more than 10 mmol/L,the increased effect was significantly decreased.%以秦美猕猴桃茎段为外植体,进行猕猴桃愈伤组织诱导、增殖及再分化试验.在培养基中添加不同浓度的Ca2+进行筛选试验,以确定诱导、增殖及分化培养基中的最佳Ca2+浓度.结果表明,适度增加Ca2+浓度,可促进猕猴桃愈伤组织的诱导和增殖,并能改善愈伤组织的生长状态,增加愈伤组织增殖生长量及提高绿苗再分化率,其中以7 mmol/L时效果最佳.但当Ca2+浓度超过10 mmol/L后,增加的效果显著降低.
