采用常温水溶液法合成了两类共计8种Keggin型杂多酸,并以此为催化剂开展了乙酸正丁酯的合成实验研究,研究了醇酸摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间、不同催化剂4个因素对酯化率的影响.研究表明,在一定条件下,以饱和Keggin-HPA为催化剂,反应条件为醇酸摩尔比2.0、反应温度140℃、反应时间3 h时分别得到最佳产率.其中α-Na2 HPMo12 O40•14H2 O 的催化性能尤为突出,最佳酯化率为97.60%;以单缺位 Keggin 型杂多酸为催化剂反应时,得到最佳反应条件为醇酸摩尔比1.5、反应温度130℃、反应时间3 h,其中 K7 NaGeW11 O39•H2 O的催化性能尤为突出,酯化率为89.57%;催化性能饱和Keggin型杂多酸优于单缺位Keggin型杂多酸.%Totaly two categolies and eight kinds of Keggin-type heteroply acids normally were synthesized by room temperature water solution method and n-Butyl acetate was prepared,and the effects of Keggin-type acetate and acid molar ratio,reaction temperature,reaction time on ester yield were investigated.The results indicated that when saturation Keggin-HPA was catalyst,reaction conditions were motar ratio of al-cohoi to acid was 2.0,reaction temperature was 140 ℃,reaction time was 3 h.among which the best yield were obtained respectively,Catalytic performance ofα-Na2 HPMo12 O40•14H2 O was particulaly protru-ding,the best ester yield was 97.60%;When the mono-substituted Keggin-type was catalyst reaction,the obtained best reaction conditions were motar ratio of alcohoi to acid was 1 .5 ,reaction temperature was 130 ℃,reaction tme was 3 h,among which the catalytic performance of K7 NaGeW11 O39•H2 was particula-ly protruding,the ester yield was 89.57%;the catalytic performance and Keggin-type heteroply acid was better than saturated Keggin-type heteropoly acid.
