为提高油葵脱粒装置的脱净率,降低清选装置的含杂率,设计了一种横轴流油葵脱粒清选装置并开展了试验研究.使用正交试验法对未脱净损失率和含杂率开展了优化,确定了脱粒清选装置工作参数的较优组合.试验表明,影响未脱净率的较优组合为滚筒转速450 r/min、脱粒间隙20 mm,脱净率可达98.86%;影响含杂率的较优组合为曲柄转速160 r/min、风机倾角18°、风机转速1000 r/min,清洁率可达93.75%.%In order to improve the threshing performance and reduce the impurity percentage of oil sun-flower threshing unit,a kind of oil sunflower threshing and cleaning device with transverse axial-flow was designed and the corresponding experimental study was carried out.The orthogonal experiment method was used to optimize the un-threshing rate and impurity rate and the better combination of the working pa-rameters of the threshing and cleaning unit was determined.The experimental results showed that the bet-ter combination affecting the un-threshing rate was the cylinder speed of 450 r/min,the threshing clearance of 20 mm,and the threshing rate reached 98.86%;Through comprehensive consideration,the better com-bination affecting the impurity rate was crank speed of 160 r/min,fan inclination angle of 18°,and fan speed of 1000 r/min.The purity rate could reach 93.75.
