枣实蝇对不同色差黄色粘虫板的趋性研究

         

摘要

选用金黄色(560 nm)、麦黄色(570 nm)、蛋黄色(580 nm)、橘黄色(585 nm)、橙黄色(590 nm)、橙红色(600 nm)6种不同色差的黄色粘虫板在田间悬挂,对枣实蝇进行了诱集试验.结果表明,不同色差的黄色粘虫板中麦黄色(570 nm)对枣实蝇诱集效果最好,3d的最大诱捕量达到47头/张,平均诱捕量24.7头/张,金黄色(560 nm)次之.以枣树北面悬挂的麦黄色(570 nm)粘虫板诱集的枣实蝇数量最多,但与枣树东、西、南三个悬挂方向间差异不显著(P>0.05).当枣树株高为2.0~3.0 m时,黄色粘虫板悬挂高度为1.7m时诱集的枣实蝇数量最多,悬挂高度1.5 m的其次,与悬挂高度1.0 m相比存在显著差异(P<0.05).黄板向光面和背光面的诱捕结果表明,向光面诱捕平均值为背光面的3.8倍,向光面和背光面间差异极显著(P <0.01).随时间的推移黄板诱杀效果呈逐渐下降趋势.前9d的诱捕数量占总诱虫数的90%以上,其中以第3天为最多,占45%以上.枣实蝇对570 nm波长的黄板最敏感,使用黄色粘虫板对枣实蝇进行田间监测和防治以9d更换1次为宜.%To estimate the controlling effect of the yellow sticky boards on C.vesuviana Costa.The trapping test was carried out on the fruit fly of jujube (C.vesuviana Costa) by suspending six yellow sticky boards of different chromatic aberrations in jujube gardens.The six boards' wavelengths were:golden yellow color (560 nm),wheat yellow color (570 nm),yolk yellow color (580 nm),orange yellow color (585 nm),orange brown color (590 nm),and orange blood color (600 nm).The results showed that the trapping effect of yellow sticky board of 570 nm wavelength was the best,whose maximum trapping quantity and mean trapping quantity in the 3 days were respectively 47 per board and 24.7 per board,the second best one was the yellow sticky board of 560 nm wavelength.In the different directions,the board suspended in the north tapped most and there was no significant difference (P>0.05) between the four directions.When the height of jujube tree was 2.0-3.0 m,the sticky board at the height of 1.7 m trapped most,and the 1.5 m was the second best one and there was significant difference compared with that at the height of 1.0 m (P <0.05).The trapping results of yellow plate toward light surface and in poor light showed that the mean trapping quantity of sunny side of sticky board was 3.8 times more than that of the shaded side,and there was a highly significant difference between the sunny side and the shaded side (P <0.01).Over time,the trapping effect of yellow board declined gradually.The number of trapped pest in the first 9 days accounted for more than 90% of total number and on the third day the number of entrapment was the most,accounting for more than 45%.It can be seen that the fruit fly of jujube (C.vesuviana Costa) is most sensitive to the yellow plate at 570 nm wavelength,and it is appropriate to replace it once for 9 days in the field monitoring and control of the pest.
